  • ITS BOUNCE 4.18.18

    EQUIPMENT
    *trampoline
    3lb weights
    2lb anke weights

    FOCUS: triceps, obliques, core, side leg, inner thigh

    *trampoline cardio may be done on floor. please make sure you have proper sneakers and surface.
    *leg series may be done using a mat (see ITS SCULPT 4.18.18)
