I’ve just started my 2nd month with LEKFit and I love it + its results + your attitude (e.g. cues and suggestions, and training in less than an hour).
I have a question, one I've been kind of obsessing with. I am a naturally thin person, the ectomorph type if you will. I don’t gain any visible extra weight but I have a hard time building muscle, especially in my lower body (droopy bottom, saddlebags and cellulite.)
I’m an active person but never hit an actual gym because I don’t like them.
Which is, in your opinion, the best course of action with LEKFit? I’d like to increase and maintain definition and tone, and ultimately gain mass. Should I consider lifting weights? I have a set at home so if you have any suggestions in that regard, I could incorporate them in my daily, at-home routine.
I absolutely love doing your bounce or cardio+sculpt workouts, and I definitely feel your sculpts, especially when adding more resistance to my legs.
