I recently subscribed and have done a few of the classes via livestream, especially enjoying the uptempo vibe.
My goal with this program is to get strong. Quite frankly, I’m all bones and flab. I’ve always been better at cardio but using weights knock me out. My question is what can I do to start getting stronger? I’m using full water bottles for my weights and I haven’t made a full class with the ankle weights, they kill me. Do I need more protein or something? Am I missing something? Open to ideas!
