So, Busy recently brought her 5lb leg weights on vacation with her. Instastories.:) And it got me wondering: should I be using heavier leg weights. I feel like the recommendation is always 2lb leg weights, but does anyone else use heavier ones? Did you gradually increase from 2lbs to 5lbs? Do you always use 5lbs, if you use 5lbs? I'm able to get through the leg lift exercises with the 2lb leg weights. so maybe that means I need to up the weight?
