Class - It's Bounce 2/28/17, leg sculpting set, last section on each leg "lift (straight leg up behind you), bend in, push back out straight, tap toe on ground- repeat"
Where is the hip placement?
Do you turn your hip out? Or do you try to keep your hips down for the leg lift portion? I thought it was best to keep your hips down for a leg lift, though I could be completely wrong here.
