Is anyone able to tell me how to get abs like Lauren? I do ab exercises about a3-4 times per week and yes, I definitely see some definition but towards the lower section of my abs, there is more skin/flab and is not very tight. I am dedicated to improving my body but I think I am doing something wrong because I have been trying for a really long time but I am still not seeing much changes in my abs. I really want my ab area to be completely flat and tight. PLEAASEE give me an idea of what I should be doing, how much of it during the week. THANKS!
