Hi! I just signed up for the streaming service and I'm so excited. I did the Intro to Bounce and loved it. Can't wait to try more.
Question No. 1 - I have the Jumpsport 350 Pro. What tension should the FlexBounce cords be on? They came on the Soft Setting - but that felt super bouncy. What should they be on? Medium? Firm?
Question No. 2 - I'm looking to get lean - I do Pilates 3-4 times a week and I spin 3-4 times a week. Which workouts are best for wanting to get leaner and more toned? My thighs and arms refuse to be smaller! :-)
Thanks so much in advance! I'm SO excited to be a streamer!

Hi, just a fellow streamer but I will offer my 2 cents.. For the trampoline I believe the firmest setting is best for these workouts. Regarding getting "lean", I believe there is no straight up answer. Every body is so different and people react differently to the same workouts. What may lean out one person will not do the same for another. I have thin legs and never have had a problem with spinning bulking them however I have heard from many people that spinning adds size to the quads. Pilates is a "lengthening and leaning" workout but some people need to lift heavy to get leaner. I do think that diet and genetics play the largest role. Being aware of what you are eating is key. As far as burning calories, bounce is by far the larger calorie burner to sculpt. I have found a great balance with a couple of each per week and I also spin 1x per week. That's what is making me happiest with my workouts. I do notice bigger changes in my body when I dial in my eating regardless of what workout I am doing at the time. I also have noticed that since I let go of my 20 year obsession with chasing a "perfect" body (what is that even anyways??? - lol) and started focusing on everything I love about my body, everything else has seemed to follow. My suggestion would be to try both the bounce and sculpt then figure out your week based on what you are enjoying, maybe a combo of both? Good luck with the streaming, I'm sure you will love it!! :)
