Is there a cue or clue that would help me catch on to the side kicks? I thought I was coordinated but this is hard to catch on to.
For the record I am referring to side kicks on the rebounder.
Many people have trouble with the side legs so don't feel discouraged or uncoordinated. Be sure to engage your core and keep the standing leg soft. Also make sure your rebounder is tight enough. xx
Okay. I added another knot to each cord so it was tighter. Totally changed everything! I can do it!!!! Thanks!
how many knots do you have? i have the jumpsport 350 and it doesn't seem to be firm enough yet
I have a jumpsport too. I added one knot all the way around. I thought I saw somewhere on these boards that you can add one or two.
YES I thought I saw that too. I have mine on the tightest one provided by JumpSport. I need more tension!
