Hi! I'm new to LEK Fit but very excited about getting strong and lean, and re-strengthening my core after two babies! A few questions:
1. Are shoes a must when doing the workouts? Is there a safety, stability, cushioning, or other reason to have them on, whether on rebounder or on hardwood?
2. If shoes are recommended, is the cushioning in the Adidas UltraBoost X the key? I normally wear a "barefoot" type shoe when running a couple miles at a time on a treadmill but want to do whatever will maximize the LEK Fit workout.
3. Will the Aeromax mat provide enough cushion, or should I get something even thicker? I don't have knee or joint problems per se, but I used an old yoga mat when doing the exercises yesterday and today and my knees were definitely not liking that.
