LEKfit's on demand workouts can be done anywhere and anytime so whether you are on the beach, in your living room, the gym or a hotel suite, LEKfit's easy to follow workouts are all you need to maintain your LEKfit body. I'm new to LEKfit and I'm not sure how to structure my workouts across days. Is there a recommendation on how often to do bounce vs sculpt? Thanks!
We encourage clients to listen to their bodies and do what works best for each individual. Many clients find great results by getting acclimated to LEKfit through The Get Started Series and then move on and join the ITS. You can mix them up or stuck with the same workout each week. Every Wednesday you are provided the same content as the LA in studio clients. Most clients will BOUNCE 4-6x a week with 1-2 SCULPT classes and a full day of rest. Some clients need more and some less. We hope that you find something that works for you and your lifestyle. xx
