I had knee surgery back in June and I started doing Lekfit about a week ago after being cleared for impact work.
I am still having a hard time doing cardio on the floor even doing it on a thick Manduka Pro Mat. Yesterday I just decided to stay on the rebounder in place of the cardio work on the floor. Question what are the benefits from the floor cardio vs staying on the rebounder? Thanks!

Thanks Lauren for some reason I am having issues with the impact on the floor not sure if it is age related and all of the wear and tear of being a former dancer but staying on the rebounder seems best for me. Hoping I will be able to get back on the floor and dance it out but still nursing my knee from surgery as well. So stoked I found your method!
I'm also using rebounder only for cardio. Floor in my exercise room (basement) is concrete! I was wondering same so I'm glad I found this thread. Love streaming LEKfit!!!
Staying up has been much better fo me too. My 60 yr old knees and feet are much happier!!! I’m so happy to find your method.cant wait to do my class in the morning.LEKfit is the best!! I look forward to excercising now
