I just wanted to add that if you don't use a good quality trampoline, you may experience more back pain. When I first started, I didn't want to invest yet, so I used a cheap $40 trampoline, and noticed more pain in my feet and back. I decided to invest in a good quality spring vs bungee trampoline because I didn't want to spend any more money switching out bungee cords when they get stretched out, and purchased a Cellercise trampoline.It is definitely worth the $340 investment as my back and feet nearly dn't bother me as much as theydid before.It is truly worth the investment.
