I did TA sometime ago, also tried others etc and quit TA and the rest when I discovered your workout. TA was always on the knees and sequence and dance were hard to follow . I felt TA was wearing out my knees. However, ur workouts are not complicated and easy to follow and price wise affordable. I do the live workout like 6 times a week and a sculpt once a week. I do need to loose another 3 to 4 kilos and my problem areas are my arms, my thigh and bum area. What extra workout do I add in everyday from your workout apart form the live workout to address my arm, thigh and bum area in order loose these few kilos ? Simply love your workout. to be honest there are days i when i felt do i have to workout today but glad I did it. i think u are the best so far.
