I have been TA streaming for a month and suddenly have really massive back and arms as a result. I generally bulk up quickly in my quads and shoulders. Can you please suggest a week program for someone like me. I am naturally petite but feeling strangely bulky right now. Thanks so much for a great workout :)
We do not provide programs as they are often unrealistic setting you up to burn out. We really encourage you to listen to your body! Most clients workout with us 4-6x a week. Some only BOUNCE almost daily with 1-2 SCULPTS. Some only SCULPT and walk. It's really what works for you. Your weight has a lot more to do with diet so we also encourage a clean diet with limited alcohol and sugar but never depriving yourself. xx
