I just started my week trial and I'm loving the workouts! I was doing Physique57 on demand for about a year and was getting really tired of the same videos; definitely loving LEK's variety and the fact that you add new videos each week! Question.. I saw on another thread you don't do classic "crunches", do you recommend adding that into my routine at home?

Hi! We are engaging your core the entire workout so there is no need to add crunches. If you feel like you need more core work, add some planks or reverse crunches. xx
