First, thank you for this amazing program. I am absolutely in love with all of your workouts. Wondering if I should ever increase the weights I use over 5lb? Previous workout programs I've done have stressed to increase weight to continue to progress, but I'm not sure if I would be able to properly perform the arm exercises with weights heavier than 5lb. I have made significant progress in the past two months, and just want to make sure I continue appropriately. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
