First, just wanted to say I LOVE your workouts! I'm a regularly active person (spin, gym, running) but your Intro to Sculpt kicked my butt and I loved it! I also did the Standing Legs w/o equipment and had a question--I can't always tell if I'm activating my inner thigh (of standing leg) and near the end of the routine my adductor on my standing leg was definitely fatigued--any tips on what I'm doing wrong/can improve?
