You can do this workout while pregnant! We have many pregnant clients the studio right now who I can confuted to BOUNCE, SCULPT and FUSION throughout their pregnancies. Lauren also did her workouts during both of her pregnancies. During your second trimester, you will want to make modifications so pease see out PRE/POSTNATAL video and use those 2nd trimester-3 month post. It is important to communicate with your doctor and be aware of your body and balance especially if you are still bouncing. I'm going to piggyback off of this post. I am still in my first trimester (6 weeks). Would you recommend still doing Bounce during pregnancy or do you always recommend following the modifier who is not on the rebounder? I have been doing LEK workouts for a while 6-8 months) and am pretty active. Thank you!
