My name is Katie! I am new to this particular workout but I absolutely love it so far! I was hoping to do this workout 5-6 times a week, but I am also a runner, and I don't want to quit running. Could you possibly suggest a schedule in which I can dedicate at least 2 days for running, do this, and still have 1 day off for stretching. I was wondering how often I should do each of the different workouts you offer! Thanks so much! I am super excited to continue this workout program!
