Hi! I just started my trial this week and I love it, I know I will be continuing with a regular subscription, it's tough but so fun! I have been rebounding for awhile so I love the bounce aspect to it as well as the sculpting. My question is this, is it okay to do some of the floor work you do, like the dance type steps, on the rebounder? I have RA and Fibromyalgia and my knees are super painful, so the less impact on them the better. I went ahead and did it that way, just modifying it and it seemed okay, just wondering if that would be a good modification or if you would suggest something else?
I want to get the most out of the workout with as little impact on my joints as possible. Thanks so much!! : )
