Hello! I'm so happy I found you, Lauren. I am a former runner and Tracy Anderson method person but neither running nor TAM is suiting my body at this point. I adore riding my Peloton bike and SoulCycle for a big sweat. But I want to add LEK class into my routine as well. So--I've done the Get Started Bounce class a few times and love it. When should I begin in the studio workouts and should I be focusing on anything else? I am 5' 6" and weigh 10 lbs over my goal weight. Also wondering if I should be heating or humidifying my workout space. Thsmk You!
Hi Michelle! Welcome to LEKfit! You can head to the ITS series whenever you are ready. As far as heat and humidity, this in not a HOT workout so whatever you prefer is fine. The LA studio is kept at a comfortable 78-80 degrees adding a humidifier on particularly dry days. xx

What about combining LEKfit with my Peloton workouts? Any thoughts?
If you love to spin then you should totally continue to spin! LEKfit does provide you with full body interval workouts that change weekly yo keep your mind and body engaged. Keep in mind that spinning mostly focuses on your legs and we see many women who have issues with getting too muscular for their liking in their lower half and losing muscle in their upper body. That being said, there is a time and place for every workout as long as you feel good and ENJOY yourself. xx
