LOVE your workouts and I find I cannot start my morning without LEKfit.I do In The Studio 6 days a week. What is the best way to structure my weekly routine-doing the same Bounce session 3 times, alternating the same Sculpt session the other 3? I recall you mentioning in one of the forums, that you prefer someone follow a particular session for the entire week before moving on to a different workout. However, instead of staying with the same Bounce and Sculpt session for that week, I prefer to rotate your other In The Studio workouts, as there are quite a bit out there and it keeps me on my toes. What are your thoughts?
