I'm in a weird situation where my prolapse was only 'half' and should have been a number 4 (out of 5) but the doctors have come to the conclusion that maybe I was so fit at the time of giving birth that that's why I was ok. But as they aren't hundred per cent sure, they are worried the prolapse might occur during menopause when I go
through hormonal change...for this reason they've said not to do any high impact exercise. I have to say that I can already feel a positive difference on my pelvic floor since being on the rebounder and doing your floor work which has made so happy!!
Should I swap any dance cardio bits in your sessions for one of your bounce ones?
