Hi! With 4 days, I would do 3 days of any cardio + sculpt FULL workout. Start with my 55 min workout in the GET STARTED SERIES. Once you have mastered that, move on to ITS. I also like 1 day of FULL sculpt there are multiple options for this (25 min, 30min, 35 min + ITS #5)
