Hi Lauren,
I have just recently joined the LEKfit online community (thanks to Busy Philipps and her insta)! I'm two workouts in and I'm really enjoying my workouts in my garage in Dallas. I do have a quick question...I did ITS part one and there is a portion on the mat when you're on all fours you tuck your leg in and then push it out. My stationary leg always begins hurting at the hip after a while. Is this normal or am I possibly distributing my weight improperly?
Thanks,
Erin
Hi Erin!
This is totally normal! Make sure your weight is evenly distributed to begin. Each time you extend your leg back, pull UP out of the resting leg. Engage the inner thigh of the resting leg and keep weight from dropping down into the resting side. IF this is too much, too hard and you can't get out of your hip, do the legs standing.
Let me know how it goes!

I've been LEKfitting for a little over a month now, and I'm hooked! Quick update... my hip is fine, I was just weak. Ha! I'm getting stronger, I can tell. I really love your LIVE videos! Keep 'em coming!
Thank you,
Erin
