OMG - I'm still pretty new to LEKfit and have done Studio 1 & 2 over the weekend - the sweat was dripping off me lol - stinging my eyes!!! These workouts are gems :) I might have missed it somewhere on the website, but what are the best weights for hand and ankle weights? I've been using 3lb handweights but only have 1lb ankle weights - is it worth using heavier on the legs? Thanks, Nina :) xx
Welcome to LEKfit! 3lb free weights are just fine. If you feel like more for the mat arm sections, you can use 5lb. In the studio we use 1-2lb ankle weights so it's entirely up to you. I think you'll feel it either way.
